ACCOUNT DELETION

Erase everything.

You can permanently delete your data without contacting support.

The action cannot be undone.

Delete from the tracker

  1. Open Shoe Mileage using the browser that contains your account.
  2. Choose Garmin in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to Delete Shoe Mileage data.
  4. Choose Delete my account and data and confirm.

What is deleted

Every shoe, run, selection, account identifier, browser session, recovery credential, temporary pairing code, and watch credential is removed. Old credentials stop working immediately.

Lost access?

Recover the account with your recovery key, then use the deletion control. If you no longer have the browser session or recovery key, email support@shoemileage.co.uk.
